The following works by Thomas Alphonso Hayley remain untraced
1796 Bust of Minerva. Several copies were made and given to friends/relatives, including Tom's maternal grandmother (see the Mary Cockerell to William Hayley and Thomas Alphonso Hayley, Hayley Papers, Fitzwilliam Museum Hayley-XX-111).
1797. Portrait of his mother, Mary Cockerell, copied from painting by George Romney, also lost,
